so basically:
create your wallet using cake wallet on an up2date android phone
write down the key (without using copy & paste) on a piece of paper, store it in a safe

About copy & paste, since Android 10 this is supposedly fixed:

So only your keyboard has access to the clipboard.
You may safely copy&paste your private key into a private bitwarden note.
But don't install any 3rd party keyboards on android if you are going to copy your seed!!!!
