You act as if they are paying any interest now. We all know they just sweep this under the rug and try to forget about it. Every normal child learns you can't do this and eventually it comes back to you. Rich children rarely learn this as they just have their problems fixed by daddy or his servants since daddy cant look bad or weak lest he lose money.

The only way you get what you want is if Gamestop opens up ebay like trading subsite where power up members can list used games and GameStop takes a cut. The problem with this is that you might as well just go to ebay for that as it will already be a better experience and cheaper since it will have more sellers.
