My mother has asked me today what shorting is.
I have explained it to her in simple terms and telling her the great risk of shorting with high leverage. She then told me I should short the market and especially crypto since we will go into a multi year long recession and that crypto is only propped up by cheaply printed money. Mind you she is a nearly 50 years old housewife who only worked for a few years in a office job and has 0 clue about finances or the market.
Idk what I should think about this, who is telling normalfags to be extremely bearish?
