Kek I'm retiring early. But I didn't do things the so called "normal" way either. I avoided college and got a state govt job. Also luck worked in my favor; Got my house cheap due to 2008 mess. Anymore to retire early without living like a hermit you need to do things differently. Like the military. 20 years in, full retirement after. Take advantage of all the perks they give so you keep most of your pay. Invest that over the 20 years your in. You'll be out setup pretty good. Especially if you keep up the investing. Buddy of mine did that. Enlisted in year 2003. He's out retired now doing whatever. He's 39.

Another day. Another war. Yeah it sucks but long as humans are around there will be conflict so might as well accept it. As always the U.S will be involved. Another one of those things that you might as well accept. What can you do? Nothing. Except bag cheap shares and live your life.

Another day. Got my credit card statement in the mail. Says based on my current balance it'd take 33 years to pay off if I did the minimum payments and was charged interest.
