Get financially educated , listen to audio books or read them
Buy dividend stocks.
Buy dividend ETF's
Put Money on p2p lending (i get around 14% interest a year form it)
Put money on interest bank acc (usually dont gives much profit)
Buy real estate (you can start with a small condo)

With all these im doing a cash flow which is around 8 to 10% of my current portfolio. Right now im able to invest the investment returns of my portfolio which means im not losing any labour money
