Where do you live?

Re-brand as a cleaner for Airbnb. People need someone to clean their rental property between rentals. This includes washing the linens, dishes, etc. Airbnb owners desperately need companies that will consistently clean their rentals, and they don't mind paying the $75 or whatever they charge since it's charged to the renter.

My coworker rents out her cabin in the mountains and it's pretty busy this time of year. She tried hiring one company to come and clean it, but they were running at capacity with 70 houses on their list to clean.

Felt this overwhelming power of personal freedom and confidence take over me. I now understand that I will be a part of the new elite and have started making preparations by emailing various companies and real estate moguls telling them that in this new paradigm I will be the one that they can count on for the purchase of boomer mcmansions and 51% company ownership. I am willing to depart with .00000001 of new world currency for these financial endeavors and prosperous opportunities. I await responses.

don't worry anon, if you graduate when you're 29, that only puts you 7 years behind the people who graduated at 22 years old; you can still unironically retire by age 45 if you work hard

hello fellow tech bro

sorry to say, but OP is 100% correct that there's no comfier path to wealth than working in tech. I've worked in finance and I've worked in tech, and hands-down tech is the comfiest sector. I get paid a quarter million USD a year and I work 40 hours a week, with frequent conferences and offsites and business trips to other offices to break up the monotony of work. The office is full of delicious free food, I have four weeks of paid vacation a year, everyone is super nice and super smart, and even if I get fired I get so many recruiters reaching out to me on LinkedIn every day that I would have no problem finding a new job.

In conclusion I think it's a terrible idea.

Even if you work at McDonald's for $10/hour, that's $20k per year. Therefore the opportunity cost of not working for 7 years is $140k at a minimum. You will not be able to borrow $140k so I don't see a situation where you come out richer than you would be if you just keep wagecucking.

Also, having a shitty credit score for seven years means you can't get a job, can't get an apartment, can't borrow money in an emergency, etc. etc.

And as I mentioned you will eventually have to pay income tax on all of the money you never paid back. So you would also need to set aside 1/4~1/3 of the money for seven years, just to be sure you don't end up in jail for tax evasion.

At least one person in this world of billions was going to attempt to do what CSW is attempting. I am just glad he is the only one. What he doesnt understand is that this charade works only in a centralized system. To his hasty demise.

Lets take a relatively safe starting capital that even the most poor of poor fags can afford to invest.

150 USD.

Now if you add 1% to 150 100 times or

150(1+0.01)100

You will make $15150 assuming no losses are taken (or if losses are taken additional trades recovered the amount lost.

Many 'retail traders', I call them degenerate gamblers loss their stacks trading on high leverage with their entire stacks and not trading with Technical analysis and proper use of indicators.

You do not have to consistently have good trades.

You just need to have consistently win more then you lose.

If you can do this their is no reason to wage cuck anymore. Just learn technical analysis, have enough income to live off to trade full time on, regularly take profits and enjoy life.
