This is a retard level question. Bare with me though. If I setup a wallet on an airgapped linux laptop. If I needed to could I access the wallet from another computer? seraphis in particular will most likely have a few more ccs proposals (the last one was for a proof of concept implementation of a wallet). from the proposal that is currently being worked on "If everything goes well, I believe we could have a basic PoC CLI wallet by the end of January/23 and enough achievements to move to testnet."
but the general fund itself is pretty laughable compared to the reserves most other projects have so not instantly spending a donation that is like 50% of your existing capital should be a carefully considered move. its not like vik will just sell it off in the foreseeable future. best case, xmr pumps a whole bunch and we can buy the domain from vik for a fraction of the donated xmr.
