1. Buy ethereum then buy ESH. best place to buy: idex.market or bitcoin.com for burgers
2. go to MyEtherWallet.com
3. open an account. safest and bestes if you're not an idiot is a keystoke file+pass, since keystroke can be stored on flash drive, it's 90% cold storage. just don't upload it to some file hosting site (google stuff is ok but not recommended, since if you're an idiot, you'll probably manage to fuck this up too).
4. go to your new wallet and copy the address. it starts with 0x (yes it's one address for everything, all ERC20 tokens [and GHOST too] share the same destination address of your wallet).
5/A. make sure that in your origin wallet you have at least 0.015 eth. transactions cost gas in ethereum and ESH is expensive. make sure you in "advanced" to write gas price 85000 (this will work 100% bc if you run out of gas you lose your eth) and 70 gwei, so it won't get stuck for an hour.
5/B. IN CASE OF BITCOIN.COM: You must must sure all of your ESH is in the EXCHANGE account!! Nothing else is required
GENERAL: every ERC20 wallet can hold ESH. Some add the contract address automatically, and come you have to add it manually to Custom Tokens.
Simply paste 0xd6a55c63865affd67e2fb9f284f87b7a9e5ff3bd into Address, then in second line you write what you want it to be called (best put things like 1 or X, so if someone hacks they won't know what it means and how much does it worth).
