Reptiles are either viviparous or oviparous (live bearing or egg laying) depending on species. As for benis in bagina, they all do that. Hemipene in cloaca. Live bearing reptiles include all snakes of the boa family, green anacondas, most vipers and rattlesnakes, most sea snakes. some skinks, jackson's chameleons, etc. It's kind of a long list. Regarding the skink laying eggs as part of a birth, that generally means something went a bit wrong in the pregnancy as the birth was premature. Skink fetuses develop inside an egg in the mother which comes apart prior to birth. They are viviparous but there is an egg in utero.

Yes there are parthenogenetic species. First one that comes to mind is mourning geckos. Pic related. They're a very small gecko species. Usually about 3.5-4" total length as adults, nose to end of tail. Half of that is tail.
