wtf though, I put in 200$ bought 190 contracts for eth @ 173 10x leverage sold at 180 roughly 40% ROE. Should of netted me $80 but I only ended up with $15. Can someone please tell me wtf happened? Are these seriously the fees?

Does anybody actually know what the fuck happens to open positions? They didn't explain shit. 5 minute cancel period?

Do they mean that nothing triggers and people have a chance to cancel any orders left open before trading resumes? Are stops triggering right now?

Do you make more money keeping a position open for a long time or by closing and opening new ones. For example: say bitcoin goes from 9k to 7k, would I make more money if I opened a short at 9k and rode it all the way down or should I close at every area of resistance and open another short with the new profits added on?

We are sitting right below 10k where all the gamblers are opening huge shorts which will inevitably be what actually pushes us up. If everyone went long, right now, you would see an absolute and instant reckoning down to 9k or lower.

Short question regarding stoplosses on Bitmex. Do you guys use stop market or stop limit?
Both seem kinda shit, limit has the risk of your order not filling and market has slippage.

Hi guys,

I'm actually shaking, i don't want to talk to anyone around me. I don't really know how to explain this.. but today is the worst day i had since years. I started to trade cryptocurrencies 4 months ago, during the rise of the bitcoin. Seeing that it was easy to make profit, i bought like 600$ of BTC every weeks, thinking it would be easy to make money. I bought for like 7000$, all i had in my account (I was saying that " Don't invest more that you can afford to lose " was shit. And yeah, i shouldn't have..). And you know what happened at the end of January.. my wallet was melting days after days.

When the price started to go down some days ago, someone talked to me about Bitmex, saying that i could make profit even if the BTC price was falling. So i signed up and i started to trade, using leverage.

The first day was pretty, so i became confident. And after that.. I was losing money everyday, stressing, couldn't do any other things that staying in front of my computer, staring on "charts". And this morning.. a suddenly pump coming out from nowhere just got me. I got liquidated, and i lost everything i have.

I know this is my fault, and that i deserve what happen. People make mistakes and i made one here. I shouldn't have played with leverage, i'm too emotive, and this way of trading just killed me.

I'm conscious that there is absolutely no probability for you guys to give me something, and i would be the first to say that i don't deserve this. But i let my BTC wallet, just in case :

I just want to get my money back, and to get out of here...

Is it even worth it to enlarge a position at a worse entry price? Say I shorted 20000 contracts at $8500, then I saw it broke the support and added another 10000 contracts at 7500.
Does it work the same as if I had 2 separate positions open, profit-wise?

If I live in the US, how do I cash out my profits from pic related without going to jail or moving to a 3rd world country? Asking a serious question.

Unless you are a whale and a connected one at that, you are guessing what will happen. This market is highly manipulated, and the whales will hunt twitter and go against trending TA analysis. They wil make patterns in sideways trading then when you get comfortable and increase your leverage they wlll just do a U turn.

So tell me how you faggots aren't just gambling addicts
