I'm also 19(soon 20). First year in uni studying IT software engineering in Europe. In uni the first programming course(python) was well done since it had good clear slide presentation that explained every new function/component clearly, the exercises were well done and we had automated testing to get points and get feedback on what test failed so you could maximally focus on the coding problem. The more exercises you do the more you start to see how the whole coding problem can be broken down to smaller pieces.

I started learning coding myself at 15. I watched thenewboston java series on YouTube, it was nice and on to the point with 5-10min videos. I would recommend Udemy to find tutorials. You can pay $10 or go to freetutorials.us or something like that and get most udemy vids for free. Important part of coding is to do the exercises.

For languages/frameworks, I would recommend React for webdev(before this I would get familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript which are the 3 components needed for webdev), Flutter for Mobile development, python for like scripting(trading bot or other kinds of bots). Once you get the gist of coding, learning other coding stuff is a lot easier.
