regarding swinging link, I never recommend people to do it since you will only be as good as your last trade and these exchanges are made to scam wick retail investors like us
if you can inject fiat that's the best option, otherwise be content with your stack

for me, I've been running a crypto mining operation for 3 years where I have free electricity so I used my mining proceeds to buy link and other projects (RSR, DMG, polkadot, edgeware, linkpool ico) these last years
I also injected fiat to increase my stacks and never swung

then again it's your call at the end of the day
