is it possible that ampl is being manipulated by a single entity via coordinated buying? there would be significant financial advantage to be gained by aggressively supporting price.

if market cap is 300m and rebase expands supply by 10%, then there is 30m of potential value capture if price is bought back to pre rebase levels. however, we know it takes far less than 30m in volume to buy back up the price to pre rebase levels. in fact, it might take less than a million of coordinated buyside volume to move price back up. this would allow an attacker to pump the market cap artificially thereby providing himself an opportunity to bulk sell into new buyers as price rises on synthetic value.

ampl liquidity is so thin that it would not take much to manipulate uniswap pools to the upside, and arb bots would then take care of balancing the exchanges. eventually, a time will come to sell down the ponzi liquidating all ampltards.

the fact that the majority of the volume is on uniswap, plus the lack of liquidity, makes a "rebase attack" quite feasible in theory. is this possible frens or am I going full schizo?
