The value proposition of Bitcoin has changed to "digital gold". The original purpose of it is long gone, but it has gold like properties due to its scarcity, which will only increase since Bitcoins are constantly lost due to missing wallets and so on.

Yeah currently a Bachelors degree and soon a Masters degree in information systems science (which is basically business studies with IT-twist). Currently doing part-time in a large medical manufacturer as an integration spesialist with a whopping salary of 2320€/month. Job is piss easy and doesn't require much at all, just some entry-level coding skills and understanding in how systems transfer data with each other.

But it wont become a standard if it isn't spoonfed to the normies (ie. masses). If big institutions constantly push against it and won't introduce it to the normies, then it wont become anything at all.
