The key would be in the unique situation of LUNC, all victims should still hold it because it's worthless... and if not, they can buy back in at any time during recapitalization. Victims are all over the globe and are a unknown sea of faces who cannot be accounted for and vetted using traditional means or the limited resources of the Korean Prosecution Service.

Thus, using Kwons illegal gains, personal property and frozen holdings to market buy LUNC and then send it directly to the burn address would instantly work to make all victims whole (and a few gamblers too)

The other options are a GOX style search that takes decades and millions of Service charges that eat it all up.. this is not likely as it wouldn't restore the national face from the damage Kwon has done, it would in fact make it worse.

The other option is thst gensler gets everything, including Kwon and throws him in gitmo for all the CIA/Mossad deals he undoubtedly processed for them and hoovers up all the cash, furthering the SECs anti crypto warchest.

I also believe CZ would absolutely go along with a Korean court ordered market sell and burn because he holds his own LUNC, which would also moon and gets to then build on the orphaned and fully decentralized ecosystem.

So, Koreans get him... everyone wins (including Korea, Montenegro, CZ, Bitcoin, LUNC degens, the LUNC ecosystem and most importantly... original victims.

Or gensler wins and uses the treasure chest to wage global thermonuclear war on whatever remains of crypto.

Again, I'm just speculation to the tits here..
