i should be glad about this as a renter in the uk but honestly I just don't give a shit anymore - housing will never be affordable here because we are simply too full
england is endless suburbs where it isn't green belt or cities and the portion that is green belt is shrinking and the portion that is city is growing

just look at these average house prices : $340k for a two bedroom house
and it will be a semi or a terrace too
it's just insanity and i can't wait to gtfo of this shithole
house prices might have exploded in the us and australia too but at least you get a house for what you pay and not a shitty terrace with paper walls where you can hear the pakistani family next door hollering in jawa or smell them stinking out the building with shit stew
