>ITT: We pretend we're FTX client services
Just had another call with a person threatening the well-being of me and my family if we don't process his withdrawal request right now. The boilerplate responses we've been given were just making him angrier and I ended up having to disconnect the call because it just devolved into him screaming that he was going to fucking kill me.

Is there anyone higher up with a better finger on the pulse whose available to provide some advice on how to handle these calls and tickets going forward? I've already escalated a few to the legal compliance department, but I haven't heard back from that team other than that they've been occupied in inter-team meetings discussing how "the different departments of the company can best synergize to produce deliverables to bring up some of our trailing KPIs, demonstrate the value-add potential we bring to the table and create a win-win outcome between us and the FTC lawyers who showed up at the main office today." I don't even know what the fuck that means.

By the way, do the current withdrawal freezes apply to employees as well?

It's an oversaturated position these days. Most Bitcoin mines are already filled to the brim with veteran Chinese miners, willing to work for pennies on the dollar. Unless you know somebody, it's going to be hard to just up and become a Bitcoin miner. Nobody wants to take a chance on some newbie, whose likely to panic when a hashpool collapses, and get everyone killed. Ask around your local movie theaters, and see if they have any openings in the popcorn mines. It's not exactly the same, but it's a good start, and it might give you the edge you need on your resume. If you keep at it for a few years, that is.

Silvio, please tweak the algorithm to take this back down to like 80 cents. I sold my almost 12k stack at 1.15 and I want to buy back in for cheap.

I'm getting fed up with coinbase's servers imploding for a couple hours 1-2 times a month. Is Kraken the best exchange for burgers? What about Coinmetro?

Do you have to be good at math to learn solidity? Highest level I took was non-AP calculus in highschool and I haven't really touched math outside of an Econ 101 class in College. I'm 23 now.
