I remember warning everybody that the entire ecosystem was overvalued and underdeveloped after CNBC started hyping it. Same as the dotcom bubble, beat for beat.

Sure there's a future in programmable money, but it's not in the immediate future. It's gonna take time to scale it safely. And just like the dotcom bubble, the ultimate winners may not have arrived yet.
For example, search engines were a hot stock in the 90's but none of those stocks were google and none of them recovered to their ATH.

Instead of speculation financing innovation to improve the standard of living, it only increased the cost of living. So your labor has less value.
An asset designed to absorb speculative energy comes along. It's money. What's money worth? Everything!
So you invest in money.
Well, it turns out that it's not very good money. When it's not too slow and expensive to spend, it's declining in value.
So the ruthless speculation goes back into inflating the cost of living.
There is nothing you can do to stop it. You will flip burgers in your wage cage, so maybe one day, you can retire in some white trash trailer park and vote republican, hoping the next dictator will be the best dictator since the last dictator.
