I don't remember ever seeing this posted in /h1g/ from at least like Oct 2021 till now.
How old is it?
Also, can someone explain to me how the leader is chosen who proposes blocks? I've been pouring over docs and there's only a brief mention that early on in an overview, but it seems much more important considering all the blocks seem to be proposed by the leader? Does this change every epoch or what? It must be Harmony's own, right? Can't find info about it on the staking dashboard either, but maybe I'm just retarded.
