Need advice, I’ve been messaging an eBay seller about purchasing multiple Japanese silver coins from him at a negotiated price and had four offers on his listings, he finally checked spot price and feels like even his buy it now prices are too low. He rejected most of the offers but accepted my offer for pic related at $130. I’m pretty sure it was a mistake and he’ll want to cancel once he realizes. Should I go ahead and complete the payment and does that lock him into the purchase se or can sellers just cancel and refund the payment?
