Yes, Normies will forgive The Mouse anything. They could literally send killer drones to shoot people in the streets and people would be cheering: "Look it's Ironman xddd"

Don't forget, Disney+ will rape the streaming competition. Disney has a huge content library (especially since the Fox merger), their services are priced fairly, accessible and their new streaming shows, while bland, have high production values. All their streaming competitors have major blindspots:
>Netflix is expensive and are flooding their library with low-quality trash at a rapid pace in a desperate attempt to compensate for lost content
>Amazon Prime, while extremely cheap and decent content, the actual platform has a terrible interface and doesn't engage users
>Apple TV+ despite huge investments have not produced a single hit show
>AT&T / HBO have products that are outright overpriced and confusing to customers
>Other streamers are too small to compete

Disney also have Hulu which provides additional value to their streaming product line. Yes, the market is severely oversaturated and the corporate wetdream of creating "cable streaming" with bundles etc. will not likely come true, meaning that all streamers will suffer and some will die. But Disney+ have the right ingredients to grab marketshares and are being underestimated.
