I've been working on my entire live to make this picture possible, I own the car and many more elements of a stable life just can't seem to possess the house.

I am saving the money for a house deposit, but house prices every year just keep going up and are turning into bidding wars over scraps of land.

1 million for a house really isn't something you can pay off in your life time anymore as the interest is higher than what you make a year and is nowhere near what your parents or grand parents paid for a house.

I need a way to invest that money and make fruit on it.

What do you suggest /biz/?

I have a large put spread position on $1350, historically Tesla moves 8-10% in one direction, not enough to profit from a straddle - and the movements are usually done over 2 days (and over the weekend) like you said.. I want to talk myself out and just sit this one out but I figure a $1345 breakeven point is a gamble worth taking. I also have a $2000c expiring 7/24 that I bought on a whim last week.

I think if Tesla tanks hard, I'll actually go all in on LEAPs while the price is cheap and sit on it until Tesla does its usual miracle through 2021.

2019 is the year where most projects get finished and most shitcoins die for good. It will be a year of slow growth/adoption and slow gains.

It's about practice and self esteem. If I'm a millionaire I wouldn't give a single fuck about some plebs. It's like in the gym if you are smaller, you are constantly thinking about what others think etc, but when you are bigger then others then it's like "i dont fucking care".

I was selling tickets and had to contact people and meet with them. After a couple of people you just stop worrying about it. I was like "is my shirt/hair ok- you know what, i'm too fucking tired of this".

So basically my suggestion is practicing social interactions, nofap for some time, lifting and most importantly not giving a fuck. Trump said how he handles pressure. He said " it doesn't matter at the end of the day". Choose couple of things that matter like family, health, religion, house. Everything else goes to the doesn't matter category.
