My degeneracy / gambling addiction fired up today and I put £500 into an online casino to gamble

Went on a heater and doubled up to £1000, my for some reason there were some connectivity issues despite my internet seeming fine. I placed £100 on black and it said that my bet was returned to me due to connectivity issues but I won the bet nevertheless.

A few spins later I put £170 on black and I hit black, but I was hit with 'connectivity issues' and the bet was refunded to me.

Pissed off, I hit rebet and I hit black again! What a heater! But alas connectivity issues again..

I contacted support and I typed out my issue and they said they've passed it onto a 'specialist team' to investigate but the live chat guy emphasised that receiving a refund is sort of like an online 'no more bets' because my bet didn't reach the server in time

I'm like £370 out of pocket because of this. I'm so annoyed, do you think they would pay the winnings or not? I doubt it but I'm so unhappy knowing that I would have won £370 if I was in a casino.

To make matters worse my internet did not display ANY signs of lag, the stream was working fine, I was in a skype call, even playing an online game and none of them displayed connectivity issues
