Money is dumped into the economy then the supply of it is constricted. If you aren't a smooth brain you can picture this by the fact all the money is counterfeited and loaned with interest. The interest is never created so it can never be paid back. The supply of money is like chairs in a game of musical chairs. All it takes is a little mythological event like 9/11, 2008 crisis, or a fake virus to wipe millions of people's savings and jobs away.
The oligarchy does this to keep people from getting too comfy and lately they've been doing it to reduce the population.
