I see small caps shitting the bed, not doing well, so many puts being bought against them, so much shorting of small caps, that the economy is actually dog shit, it's just painted nice in the top 10-15 stocks, but behind the wallpaper, the house is crumbling
for this reason, I would be shorting small caps, NOT long them
but I'm short everything, as I'm not a delusional bull
