I'm 30, living with grandparents, make $17 an hr. Saved $5k. $7k in credit card debit. 520 credit score. No idea how to invest financially or in myself. No schooling. No credited skills. No dreams, no ambitions, no motivation to keep going?

How fucked am I? I'm thinking it's way to late unless I some how become the luckiest person? Kinda looking for advice but I understand if I'm just shit on.
