My friend was drunk last night and going on about suing the Federal Reserve on the grounds of the Federal Income tax being unconstitutional. A
He wanted to be paid back all the money he's paid in Federal income tax.
I told him he's crazy but let's hypothetically entertain that idea. Would any lawyer take the case? Would any judge give it a fair shake? What is IRS' involvement in the matter? How soon would my friend have a "car accident"?
