Yeah actively trading in general is pretty mentally exhausting. I made enough realized gains today and I'm letting the rest of my puts ride until sub 3900 that I am taking tomorrow off to go hiking and not look at charts or read autism here all day. I'm not doing anything until the jpow speech on Wednesday. I have no longs only long dated puts and bear etfs that I'm holding till 3750-3850. Honestly I don't plan on doing much trading at all until after cpi/fomc mid December. I'll just bag gains when we finally finish the bart down and sit on cash until tmf pulls back

Locked in some realized gains on tqqq puts and jnug puts just incase they try to do some retarded fucking rally. I've got powder and I'm staying short till 3750-3850. I want to be 100% cash gang before cpi/fomc. Don't even want to gamble on that bullshit
