Drinking almost a fifth of whisky or bourbon a day. I still daytrade and gamble but it’s wild the difference it has made. I drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day now but my sleep is a million times better and my REM dream sleep is super charged. The first week sucked but i got over it.

Why are my broke friends impossible to help?

I have a guy from high school who watched everyone do the most basic things to get their life together like hold down a job and save to buy a house, have a partner to share bills with or simply cook their own meals but they refuse to do anything to better themselves. Its just games, junk food and self pity. For years. I wish theyd kill themselves already sometimes
