So I work at a BDC. To make a complicated thing simple to understand, we give out loans to small businesses and supervise them.
My job is to determine who to give a loan to. Its way more complicated than what I said but that's not important. Typically we have a guideline on who to approve and reject. These are 10-50 million dollar loans, not small shit like a regular bank.

I have been ignoring that guideline.
I meet the owners of the company and I visit their site of operations.
If they are white, Asian (not Indian), and in selective cases Middle Eastern, I typically approve them. I also make sure that their company isn't full of diversity hires or visa workers, otherwise I reject them as well.
If the company is run by blacks, Jews, or Indians I reject them flat out. To reiterate I also reject them if they hire a good chunk of those as well.

My returns this year have been ridiculously good. Some of the best ones are from companies that nobody would have approved, like a motorcycle dealer for exotic bikes. I am destroying my collogues and I am getting attention from people way higher up than me.
I'm scared that I'm going to get found out. The CEO of my company is Jewish and I'm afraid someone is going to call him and complain.

I know this sounds like a larp, but where the fuck am I going to talk about this shit.
Not to be a bitch, but its also been a huge blackpill for me about how much people are taken advantage of by parasites and how far we could have gone without them.
