OPEC also cut oil 2 weeks before markets crashed in 2008....

So are they SAUDIS cutting oil because they understand a recession is cumming? or is this time different?

Under 3950 & there doesn't seem to be a lot of validated support until we hit 3900. Hence these somewhat inane battles around key numbers.
