I have dual citizenship so I had an Idea that I will go to an american bank and take out the biggest loan I possibly can and put it all into shitcoins. If I get liquidated I will declare bankrupcy and they will be unable to take anything away since I own 0 assets and live with my mom in Poland.

How does bankruptcy work exactly? Thinking about going to an american bank (I have dual citizenship) and taking out like maybe $10k or $13k loan (which includes travel fees), buy something like apple products or something pricy which has demand and take them to hungary, go back to the states after a while and declare bankruptcy and claim I gifted them away while the products are at my house in hungary, after that is done I sell them on the internet for a bit cheaper. I don’t know if they can take away assets in Hungary but I do not have any because I live with my mom and don’t even have a car. If they could take the money from my bank then I take most of it out a while before I do it and claim I blew it on gambling or something.
Could this work or do I have mental retardation? I make about $12k annually here so it is a lot of money for me.
