You can make $100 dollars in a hour by yourself just mowing lawns for cash.

How? It is simple, I have three houses all next to each other, each property takes a man about half a hour to mow and trim and leave another 15 minutes at the end to blow off the drive ways and spray some poison in the cracks and along some fence lines and I can make $200 dollars by myself in around 1.75 hours.

It is literally just walking behind a mower listening to anime music, no boss, no coworkers no bullshit.
Mowing lawns is easy literally just trim straight edges on the lawns and make it look neat and tidy.

This is why having garden and property maintaince contracts with big real estate agents is important. Lets say I have a $100 dollar monthly garden maintainance contract that is separate from the laughs (think shrub trimming, weeding and pruning) and I have 100 of these properties and realistically I have to visit these properties something like thrice a year for actual garden work and I go to these properties biweekly in the summer to mow the lawns and monthly in the winter you can easily have a 10k monthly cashflow separate from your lawns that offer guaranteed cashflow.

I could scale up my business and hire people but in my personal opinion the ROI of investing my profits into link will surpass the profits of scaling up my business. Also managing employees seems to me to be much worst for my mental health since then people would be relying on you for bullshit. I'd rather just buy Chainlink and retire in a few years.
