I always ask Normies what they would do if they had a Mil right now and they all always answerer with pay/buy a house. Homes are the most shitiest investments ever. Even if you rent it and buy another you only get a 7% return at best when shitcoins easily due 7Xs.
Locking in a house with a low payment is ok but why bother paying it off.

Is now a good time to buy a house? Should I wait for the "housing bubble" to burst again? I'm tired of renting in a shithole city and want to move someone more rural with land. Not too far from the city though, because once this wuflu shutdown ends I probably won't be able to continue working from home. Anyway, the housing market is definitely a sellers market right now and prices are much higher than even just 2 years ago. Should I wait? Or should I just bite the bullet and go for it before the prices climb even higher?

And yes, I always make important life decisions based on what a bunch of anonymous basement dwellers on the internt tell me.

the devs should be adding a one button add liquidity thingy soon but when you deposit into the pool you will be owning the assets 20/20/20/20/20 of btc eth link snx and sta effectively but i think you can withdraw with only one token, so if you think link is gonna crab this is probably the best staking mechanism right now.

no when you withdraw you get all the 5 tokens with an equal dollar amount to the money you originally put in minus plus any fluctuation that has happened to those assets.

Wouldn't it make more sense for bitcoin to drop before the halving rather than after?

After the halving, miners produce less BTC. It would be best to sell BTC before halving, finance operations for 12+ months, rather than gambling BTC price will skyrocket to breakeven price.
