Bros, I need some business advice. In December I was told I was going to receive a 4% raise in January. Today I got the official paperwork showing my raise and it was for 3.5%. I’ve only been with this company for less than a year so I don’t know management that well. The catch is I was making $220k and with the 3.5% raise it will now be $227.7k

Should I be angry? or should I just let it go because .5% isn’t that much in the bigger scheme of things? I’m also super autistic and don’t really know how I’m supposed to feel..
