we are getting pretty close to bear euphoria

boomer friends of my parents are sending each other CNN articles about "le crypto markets reaching new all time lows" etc.

I mean if this were happening with the opposite circumstance (zoom zooms/boomers sharing articles titled "CRYPTO REACHING ALL TIME HIGHS! BUY NOW BUY NOW!") I'd be shitting myself and clicking the sell button until my finger fell off

bitcoin is traded 24/7 buddy

>>25987979
that's actually based if you think about it.

>customer gives you $5
>you immediately buy $5 of Bitcoin
>1 year later you have $50
>profited $45 from literally nothing

it's unstoppable. Literally printing money.

>btc is probably dead on its feet

How many times do you need to get proven wrong before you'll shut the fuck up?

You're objectively wrong at this point. BTC is a store of value that is constantly gaining demand, with a fixed supply.

Are you a time traveler from mid 2018 or something? What the fuck are you even talking about at this point?

Ironically, people have a hard time trusting a trustless system like Bitcoin.

People correctly assume many cryptocurrencies are scams, but lots of ignorance about how Bitcoin works perpetuates the "it's all a scam" misunderstanding. There are a whole lot of midwits out there proclaiming that all cryptocurrency is a scam.

People don't want to hear this, but the market needs to prioritize utility tokens over multi-level marketing schemes. If that ever happens (it won't), Cryptocurrency can finally become as successful as the internet, by working hand-in-hand with the internet.

Until then we're just going to have retarded charlatans shouting about how Bitcoin is the future for decades as the price remains stagnant and the trading volume slowly fades away.

At some point crypto needs to become bigger than the chart and actually providing steady profits. We need crypto projects that are providing an actual genius product that will be used by the masses if we ever want to see generational wealth from being early adopters.

Crypto space is focused too much on domping on newfags and mekkingit rather than creating/using a good product or tech. The point being we shouldn't HAVE to dump our crypto; we should be putting it to work in a way that makes even more money for us.

the niggers over on Reddit are notorious for the "I'm so smart" attitude even when the majority are cretinous sheep. That's literally the point of the website ("Read it"), being a huge fucking faggot and getting all the other NPC faggots to follow your lead. They don't have any independent thoughts. They're incapable of being leaders. They're thought-followers.

There have undoubtedly been millionaires made on /biz/ but none of us will ever know for certain because everyone here is Anon. That's why 4chan is based and Plebbit is for queers.

Ok I'm not being entirely fair - I would need someone to find the statistics over the last decade for like "Days you could have invested in BTC where you would have lost money by today" versus "Days you could have invested in BTC where you would have gained money by today" and then compared that to the stock market or something

Bitcoin would shit on every asset in existence and (knock on would) I'm guessing it will have a similarly successful, but not as good, run for this next decade.

Yeah I've more or less only used a debit card for the majority of my life (because fuck debt (side note: I have 100k of student loan debt)), and yeah, this kind of shit essentially happens all the time. If you use a debit card you get used to constantly checking your balance and always knowing how much money is in your account, so it's kind of good in a way.

You just can't afford emergency situations and can never overspend your budget. I have since gotten a credit card and it's a real game changer, I feel like it's life on easy mode.

Feels bad man. Crypto is probably my only hope to escape the loan jew.

Not possible any longer with Bitcoin, but this is literally what's happening with LINK

over 50% of LINK bagholders are autsitic/schizo 4channers who just hold and pump each others' bags, 25% are traders who trade based off obvious patterns (sergey giving the exact same power point presentation for the 10th time in a row? pump it), and 25% is the LINK team who aren't going to sell anytime soon

You're looking at crypto through a 2018 lens and you're failing to see the bigger picture. People like you aren't innovators, you're followers, and that's why you'll buy someone's bags when crypto is "safe" and "proven"

We're in a bear market and people aren't buying as much off of Coinbase. They're holding, or they're selling.

Coinbase is still the #1 normie website to buy crypto on. If normies come to me asking about crypto, there's a 99% chance I'm going to recommend Coinbase to them to buy.

At the moment everyone still holding bags already knew about Coinbase adding 0x, BAT, and USD, and either A) didn't care B) couldn't buy because they're already heavily in the hole or C) doesn't understand the tokens and won't DYOR (see: >>11937788)

of course hold. The plan was to hold even if this mooned.

I'm disappointed in the coinbase listing, but it has always been just one step in the roadmap anyways. It's just shit timing, it was listed in the middle of a bunch of big red dildos all over the place. Other than a bunch of autistic linkies mocking us on /biz/ it literally doesn't matter that this dumped upon listing
