Why do all business guys online always seem to focus on gross revenues their "agency" is making instead of pure net profit they are left with.

Seem like a massive cope and ego inflation, don't you think?

4 percent is apy the rates will go down if the fed lowers interest if you want to lock in the 4 percent you should buy a year CD but you can probably get a better yield with a year treasury bill though treasury direct
