Well I'm not saying copy everything they do 1:1 but they do have some good tidbits of actual information if you are new to the options thing.
In particular, the method on how options work and how they work in various scenarios has been more or less spot on. Compare that to some random youtube guy trying to sell you a shitty course for example.
Just overall I wouldn't copy their live trades since I prefer to spam credit spreads or short-put butterflies on indexes when I can.
