Lack of real bathroom and kitchen would probably break you though, even accounting for the endorphin buildup from going to the gym everyday.

That is, if your soul crushing job doesn't destroy you to the point that going to the gym is too much effort, and your lack of energy from poor nutrition due to living off shit meals because no kitchen doesn't break you first.
