I've come to the conclusion that creating a site or youtube channel about how to make passive income is one of the best ways to make passive income.

In all seriousness though, has anyone used P2P lending like Lending Club? Seems like you could get 5% per year with low risk. ALso, I've considered just putting 3k into SDIV which pays out 8% dividends, what's the worst that could happen? That would start me on $20 a month of passive income, and I'll compound it.
