It's not a problem if you don't use a second layer

Off-blockchain transactions is the worst thing that could happen to crypto
It's not a durable scaling method, it's not secure, it's not convenient and it goes against the basics of the blockchain
The only solution for scalabilty is ON-CHAIN, not with some meme fixes
Litecoin does not need segwit since it does not have scaling issues like bitcoin. It's just a BTC testnet.

Of course he can, nocoiner.
For Bitcoin, Ethereum and LTC he can cash out directly in any fiat currency.
For the rest of his coin he has to translate them into Bitcoin before he can exchange them into $$$$
ARK is working on making this easier tho

The second Bitcoin ETF was rejected by the US SEC and BTC is likely to tank in the nex few days.
Cash out your BTC in fiat or move to altcoins for some times...
I suggest LTC as a safe value hedge during the incoming storm, ETH as profitable but risky investment. Most altcoins will tank alongside BTC if the crash is sudden.
