Now that the bubble's popping, I figure it's a good time to look for a more long-term currency that's not just a get rich quick scheme.

Are there any cyptos with:
Planned inflation (5-10% a year)
High initial difficulty (no overnight billionaires to fuck with volatility)
GPU mining
Scalable enough that it doesn't cripple itself with transaction fees (Lightning-like schemes which rely on piggybacking on an already healthy network to be efficient don't count)

I'm looking for something that would still be useful twenty years from now.
