What is it for? When do we get info on staking?

- eric hints that linkpool will join build program
- linkpool sets aside 4m lpl that wasn't mentioned in announcement
- this is 4% of supply, the same that other projects in build are committing
- link stakers will get airdropped lpl
- lpl staking infrastructure will be used for retail staking on nodes (delegation, ie. lending your link to nodes so they can meet collateral requirements)
- this provides a way for linkpool to be introduced into this role without complaints about chainlink not building this feature themselves and lpl making this exclusive
- other teams could also provide staking infrastructure but linkpool has first mover advantage and is keeping quiet (in stealth)

>In the Chainlink context, “staking” is the ability to collateralize job requests as a Chainlink node operator in order to be eligible for jobs that require it. That means that there will be a very specific demand for LINK collateral, and once the demand is met, the rewards won’t increase despite increasing the LINK collateral of a certain node. This applies to any Chainlink node operator. That is the main reason that inspired us to create the LinkPool Allowance token, in order to provide the ability to any potential LINK staker to secure their ability to stake LINK in the LinkPool node and those nodes participating in their trustless staking microcosmos.
