My plan is to purchase some vacant land in the country and then gradually develop it into an acreage as I go. I’m not terribly bothered by the rising rates because I will have to put 50% down anyway. Just hoping that the housing price decline is mirrored somewhat in raw land by late next year.

I wish I skipped getting a degree. I wish I went into construction or electric as a job (I had a degree for it when I finished highschool at 18). I wish I started making money as fast as possible instead of wasting years and years getting a college/uni degree. I could have started investing at 19. but instead, because i fell for the college meme I only started investing at 26. the richest guy I know has his own house contruction company, he started at 16. he had his own house gf, car and everything and a company by the time he was 24. GOD i wish I didn't fall for the "trades is a meme" meme. Imagine if my construction company friend also invested!!! he would be a multimillionaire at 26. while I was still broken and just had a meaningless paper that says "Can get good goy points" I didn't even learn that much in college. I learned coding on my own. fuck this bs

you haven't even thought 5 minutes about all the ways you can obtain stake. in proof of work its much harder. or you are too low of an IQ to understand why the security in proof of stake is less than in proof of work. also, as i said. vitalik premined 71pct of supply. the majority stake was determined from the start, by vitalik. it is already a controlled network by a select group.
