We price assets based off risk premium, plus the risk free rate. Higher risk-free (i.e. higher bond yields), the more assets are fucked.

But what if. And here me out because this is the crazy part. But what if, we assume there is *risk* in *treasuries*.

Then today's blowout is just some shitcountry's bonds being rerated. And the risk-free rate is unchanged. Our assets are saved.
