Best way to predict a shitcoin uh I mean altcoin pump?

I'm a dev with a few like minded friends. What do you guys think about me making a completely free decentralized exchange. No more corporate bullshit. Just hop on pump and dump with maximum profit. Worth?

So, I have a couple of weak PC's just sitting a home and I though I might set them to mine some altcoin. I have a couple of questions, though.

The PC's are weak: Intel Core Duos and AMD HD 4500 graphic cards. With this kind of power, what altcoins are worth mining? Take note that I will run them during the night when I pay half for electricity.

Should I take part in mining pools? Are they worth it?

Guldencoin: Got a lot of money on this on. Currently able to use this cryptocoin at multiple subways in the Netherlands and more diner places. Did not list it as it is manly focused as a local coin.
