If someone has information that isn't public knowledge, what do they need to do to make it public? Could they post this information on a blog that no one reads and then buy shares? Could they post onto Twitter using a popular hash tag this information and simultaneously buy? How long does the information need to be public until it isn't insider trading? Picture unrelated.
