Write a book for children. Then write a book for young adults.
Just appeal to nature and speed write that stuff out. Or learn to draw and make furry fan art or something.

Also, you seriously should follow the Bible's advice and find a job that you'd be happy doing instead of just doing it for the money.
If you think you'd be happy driving a trash truck, working construction, fishing, over what ever it is you're doing now, then you should jump ship.
Or find a job that allows you to do the work you really want to do on the side. Something to supplement it. You could live off the grid too. Or in an RV and have a part time job.

Bible verse if you're interested. It's written from King Solomon who is said to be the wisest person to ever live:
>Ecclesiastes Chapter 5: 18 Behold, what I have seen to be good and fitting is to eat and drink and find enjoyment[h] in all the toil with which one toils under the sun the few days of his life that God has given him, for this is his lot. 19 Everyone also to whom God has given wealth and possessions and power to enjoy them, and to accept his lot and rejoice in his toil—this is the gift of God.
Keep in mind, when he wrote these books, Solomon was in a depressed state himself. He says everything is meaningless without God in our lives. Thought I'd give you the heads up since you said your borderline suicidal.

Also suicide always really hurts a family a lot, they never recover from it, it's the truth. Don't even allow yourself to toy with the idea.
