Before we had an IRS, we paid for shit by the GOVERNMENT making GOVERNMENT BANK loans. The profit from those loans is what we used to pay for everything we needed. The IRS is a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY for the FEDERAL RESERVE, which is a PRIVATE COMPANY like Federal Express. It's a SCAM! Don't believe me?
