well tomorrow is an important satanic/masonic date. All has to do with numerology and Ripple connections. That being said no insider to my understanding has given the 8/13 date.

Initially the Mellon insider stated it was September 20th or something, but then they came back and said the date was pushed closer to election time.

Check this link out, this is in line with what insiders/devs are stating. Has an image that clearly lays it out. We're clearly looking at early November for it to be unrolled.
